Description: HA Max Call Capacity assigned to it when HACN assigns it an Active Role.

What is usrHACNHAMaxCallCapacity?

The maximum call capacity (1-10000, default 10000) HACN assigns to an HA when it grants that HA the Active role. Lowering it on a given deployment caps how many simultaneous mobile-node sessions HACN will route to any one active HA.
