Description:
An event that is generated when the number of child processes started by means of TCP-Connect mechanism as defined in the cfg_init_tab becomes less than 2. This really applies to number of agents in most cases

Send this trap to an SNMP manager — replace <manager> with the IP or hostname of your monitoring server (SNMPv2c):
