Description: This object uniquely identifies the rows of umc1ResponseTable along with umc1ResponseTransNbr. It keeps track of the last fragment of the response data read by the manager. The manager shall continue to perform Get-Next operations until the end of data is reached. At that stage the manager shall receive the OID of an object that is not in the umc1ResponseTable.
