What is pvStpBridgeHelloTime?
This configures the Hello Time this switch would advertise as root bridge for this VLAN, in centiseconds within a 100-1000 range (1-10 seconds). Admins lower this to make the tree detect a failed root bridge faster, at the cost of slightly more BPDU traffic, when acting as (or configuring settings for) the root.
