What is pvStpBridgeForwardDelay?
This configures the Forward Delay this switch would advertise as root bridge for this VLAN, in centiseconds within a 400-3000 range (4-30 seconds), controlling how long ports spend transitioning through listening and learning before forwarding. Admins might lower this cautiously to speed up convergence, though doing so risks temporary loops if the network diameter doesn't support a faster value.
