This read-only object reports the serial number of the most recently issued trap in the buffer. Admins use it as a reference point to know how far the trap buffer has progressed, useful for detecting whether traps might have been lost if the buffer wraps before being read. Comparing tnLastIssuedTrap against the last serial number an admin's management system actually received would reveal whether any traps were missed in between.
