Description: The number of TRIP update messages sent to this remote peer since the last restart of this LS.

What is tripPeerOutUpdates?

This is a running counter of TRIP update messages sent to this remote peer since this location server last restarted. It's the outbound counterpart to tripPeerInUpdates for the same peer.
