What is tripPeerHoldTimeConfigured?

This sets, in seconds (default 240), the maximum time this server will tolerate between receiving successive keepalive or update messages from this peer before considering the session dead; a value of 0 means keepalive/update messages won't be sent at all. Admins raise or lower it to trade off faster dead-peer detection against tolerance for network jitter.
