What is normalTime?

This records the timestamp at which the alarm's source returned to its normal operating state. Comparing it against the alarm's original timestamp lets an admin calculate how long the fault condition actually persisted. For example, a normalTime of 09:42:11 against an alarm timestamp of 09:15:03 tells the admin the fault lasted about 27 minutes.
