Description: Provides means for manager to perform actions on the alarm table. 0 (no action) or 1 (acknowledge all).
What is action?
This object is a write-only style control that lets an SNMP manager perform an action against the Niagara station's alarm table, accepting 0 (no action) or 1 (acknowledge all). Setting it to ackAll(1) acknowledges every outstanding alarm in the table in a single operation, sparing an admin from acking each row individually through ackState. For example, after a bulk sensor outage floods the alarm table with dozens of unacked entries, an operator sets action to 1 to clear them all at once.
