Description: The time at which the alarm is acked. Note that interpretation of this value depends upon the state of the alarm.
What is ackTime?
This captures the timestamp at which the alarm was acknowledged by an operator, though its interpretation depends on the alarm's current state. It helps audit how quickly staff responded after an alarm fired. For instance, an alarm still in the unacked(1) state may show a blank or placeholder ackTime until someone actually acknowledges it via ackState.
