Module: TRANZEO-MIB

OID (symbolic): TRANZEO-MIB::signallow

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.24575.1.1.1

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: This object represents the lowest received signal strength on the current channel in dBm. A 0 means no wireless connection.

What is signallow?

This value reports the lowest received wireless signal strength observed on the current channel, in dBm, with 0 meaning no wireless connection is present. Admins use it to see the worst-case signal quality experienced during the current measurement window, useful for catching brief signal fades. A value of -85 as the low reading, alongside a much higher average, would indicate an occasional deep signal fade on that wireless link.
