What is hostInitState?

This object reports the device's current host initialization state. Admins check this during startup or troubleshooting to see how far along the device's boot/initialization sequence has progressed. A value indicating initialization is still in progress would explain why certain services or interfaces aren't yet responding on a recently powered-on device.
