Description: The time of the last transition of the fault state (in seconds since January 1, 1970). This value is zero if the fault state has not changed since the last reboot.
What is highAvailTimeStamp?
The time, in seconds since January 1, 1970, of the device's last fault-state transition; it reads 0 if the fault state has not changed since the last reboot. Admins use it to tell whether a fallback event is recent or predates the current uptime.
