Description: This mib variable passes or discards all the IEEE multicast frames in the bridge block of addresses [01-80-C2-00-00-04 to 01-80-C2-00-00-0F]. The mib variables applies to all addresses in this block that are not covered by the other mib variables in this table. i.e this is not applicable for STP, slow protocols, etc.,

What is tnIfL2CPBridgeBlkOtherMulticastsFwd?

This read-write setting controls whether IEEE reserved multicast frames in the 01-80-C2-00-00-04 through 01-80-C2-00-00-0F range are passed or discarded at this port, but only for addresses in that block not already covered by the more specific L2CP settings (STP, slow protocols, etc.) elsewhere in this table. It acts as a catch-all for any remaining bridge-block multicast addresses.
