What is tnIfIngressRateLimit?
This read-write setting caps ingress bandwidth on this interface to one of many predefined rates (from noLimit up through 950M), acting as the Committed Information Rate for incoming traffic; traffic exceeding it is discarded. An admin enforcing a customer's contracted bandwidth would set this to match their SLA, e.g. rate10M for a 10 Mbps service.
