Description: Specify the port shut down operation of this port. The allowed values are: Enabled: If a frame is received on the port, the port will be disabled. Disabled: Port shut down is disabled. The default value is 'Disabled'.
What is tnAclPortShutdownState?
When enabled, automatically disables (shuts down) this port the moment any frame is received on it; an admin would use this on a port that should never see traffic, e.g. to catch a rogue device plugged into an unused port.
