What is fibTmuNumRrpRjctIp?

This cyclic counter tallies RARP messages rejected because their contents were illegal (such as an invalid IP address); meaningful for token ring interfaces only. Admins watch it for a misbehaving RARP server or corrupted RARP traffic on the ring. For example, a rising count here would point an admin to check the RARP server's configuration for a bad address pool entry.
