What is fibTmuNumNonSnap?
This cyclic counter tallies non-mac frames that were not SNAP-encapsulated and were rejected after being passed up from the mac-level software; meaningful for token ring interfaces only. Admins watch it for unexpected non-SNAP traffic arriving on the ring, which could indicate an incompatible or misbehaving device. For example, a rising count here would prompt an admin to identify what device on the ring is sending non-SNAP frames.
