What is fibTmuNumIpRcvd?
This cyclic counter tallies IP messages received via this interface. Admins use it as the general IP-traffic-received indicator for the interface, useful for confirming the interface is actually passing IP traffic at all. For example, a flatlined count here on an interface expected to be busy would point to an upstream connectivity problem.
