fibTmuFunctWrapWnrPerm

Module: TMU-MIB

OID (symbolic): TMU-MIB::fibTmuFunctWrapWnrPerm

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.22.60.8.2.5

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: Flag indicating whether to release CPU while waiting after warp change. Values: 1 - FALSE, 2 - TRUE. Factory default: TRUE. Setting this variable loads it into non volatile memory. The value written into non volatile memory is loaded into the current value only after reset.

What is fibTmuFunctWrapWnrPerm?

This sets, in non-volatile memory, whether to release the CPU (allow other processing) while waiting after a warp/wrap change. Valid range is a boolean (FALSE/TRUE); factory default is TRUE. Setting this object stores the new value for the next reset, but does not change the currently-effective fibTmuFunctWrapWnrRun value until the system is actually reset. Admins leave this at its default unless CPU scheduling behavior during recovery needs tuning for a specific deployment, then schedule a reset to apply the change.
