fibTmuFunctWrapCwtRun

Module: TMU-MIB

OID (symbolic): TMU-MIB::fibTmuFunctWrapCwtRun

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.22.60.8.1.4

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: Time delay to apply, after changing warp relay state. In units of milliseconds. Intended to let TMS get the real ring status. Minimal value: 0. maximal value 200. Factory default: 100. To change this object, load 'fibTmuFunctWrapCwtPerm' into non-volatile ram. The value written into non volatile memory is loaded into the current value only after reset.

What is fibTmuFunctWrapCwtRun?

This is the run-time (currently effective) value of the time delay applied after changing the wrap relay state, intended to let the TMS (token ring interface) settle and report real ring status. Valid range is 0 to 200 (milliseconds); factory default is 100. This is a read-only snapshot of what's actually in effect right now -- to change it, an admin must set fibTmuFunctWrapCwtPerm and then reset the system, since the new value only takes effect in this Run object after a reset. Admins tune this so wrap-state changes aren't read too early, before the hardware has had time to reflect the new state.
