Description: The value of the system timer [in SYS-TICKs] at the last time ARP aging was carried out.
What is fibTmuArpAgeTime?
This reports the system timer value (in SYS-TICKs) at the last time the device aged out its ARP cache. Admins use it to confirm ARP aging is actually running on schedule, since a stale timestamp here on an otherwise-busy network device could explain lingering stale ARP entries. For example, comparing this against the current system time shows how long it's been since ARP entries were last cleaned up.
