What is fibTmuAc11Cntr?
This cyclic counter tallies received token ring frames whose 'A' and 'C' bits were both 1, meaning the destination station both recognized the address and successfully copied the frame -- the normal, healthy delivery outcome. Admins use it as the 'successfully delivered' baseline to compare against the fibTmuAc00/Ac01/Ac10 counters when diagnosing delivery problems on the ring. For example, a healthy ring shows this counter dominating the total frame count relative to the other three A/C combinations.
