What is timerCtrlSchdlMonthDayAcc?
A read-create integer specifying the day of the month a scheduled action should occur, using values 1-31 for a literal day of month, or special codes 32-36 to mean the first, second, third, fourth, or last occurrence of a weekday in the month. This lets an admin schedule actions on relative dates, like "the last Friday of the month," in addition to fixed calendar days. Setting this to 36 in combination with the friday bit in timerCtrlSchdlWeekDay would schedule the action for the last Friday of every month.
