What is tigPoolAllocationFailures?

This read-only counter tracks how many buffer requests from this pool could not be satisfied because it had run out of free buffers. A climbing value is a clear sign the pool is undersized for the load placed on it, and an admin would respond by raising tigPoolSize or investigating what is consuming buffers faster than expected. As a Counter, it has no defined starting value but is conventionally initialized to zero.
