tigConfigFile

Module: TIGER

OID (symbolic): TIGER::tigConfigFile

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.1978.2.1.2.6

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: OCTET STRING

Access: read-only

Description: This field contains the file specification for the configuration file used at boot time.

What is tigConfigFile?

This read-only string reports the full file path of the configuration file the Tiger loaded and used at its last boot. Admins check it to confirm which configuration was actually applied, which is especially useful after a config-related restart to see whether the expected file was used. It is also referenced by tigRestartReason's config-fail explanation, which points an admin back to this object to identify the failing file.
