What is dnsResLocalResolves?

This read-only counter tracks how many times a DNS lookup was satisfied entirely from the Tiger's local cache rather than requiring a query to a DNS server. Admins use it, alongside dnsResQueriesSent, to gauge cache effectiveness in reducing external DNS traffic. A high ratio relative to dnsResQueriesSent indicates the cache is working well for this device's lookup pattern.
