What is teraCESTotalStatStatus?
This read-write field reads ok(1) normally, and writing clear(2) resets this CES circuit's running total counters (teraCESTotalTCellCount, teraCESTotalRLostCellCount, teraCESTotalRReplacedCellCount) back to zero. Admins use it to start a fresh statistics baseline after resolving a circuit issue.
