What is teraAtmfCESTotalStatsStatus?
This read-write field reads ok(1) normally; writing clear(2) resets this circuit's ATM Forum-style running total counters, while writing clrall(3) resets the totals for every circuit at once. Admins use clear(2) to baseline a single misbehaving circuit without disturbing statistics on other CES circuits.
