This read-only value reports the PLCP alarm condition during this interval: noAlarm(0), receivedFarEndAlarm(1), or incomingLOF(2) (loss of PLCP frame). An admin seeing incomingLOF(2) for a given interval knows the ATM-over-PLCP mapping briefly lost synchronization during that window.
