What is teraUds3LoopbackConfig?
This read-write setting places this DS3/E3 line into a specific loopback mode: noLoop(1) for normal operation, facility(4) for a facility (line-side) loopback, or equipped(32) for an equipment-side loopback. An admin troubleshooting a suspected cabling fault sets this to facility(4) to loop traffic back toward the carrier and isolate where a fault lies.
