Description: Lowest measured SNR value since last device startup or last counter reset.
What is signalSnrMin?
The lowest SNR value measured on this interface since the last startup or counter reset, in tenths of a dB. Operators use it to spot a brief SNR dip that a snapshot poll of signalSnr alone would have missed, and can write to it to reset the floor.
