What is pim70Priority?

This trap varbind is populated when Teldat's PIM subsystem raises event PIM.70 (a PIM Bootstrap message received from the network); it carries the candidate-BSR priority advertised in the message, encoded as a signed integer. An admin reads the numeric value directly to see the timer, priority, length, or code involved, without needing to decode it from a packet capture.
