What is pim64GroupAddress?
This trap varbind is populated when Teldat's PIM subsystem raises event PIM.64 (an inconsistency detected in a Multicast Routing Table entry); it carries the multicast group address involved, encoded as an IPv4 address. An admin correlates it with the other varbinds in the same trap to identify exactly which router or multicast state triggered the event, e.g. seeing 198.51.100.9 here on this field.
