This trap varbind is populated when Teldat's PIM subsystem raises event PIM.63 (a group entry being created, deleted, or updated in the Multicast Routing Table); it carries the routing-table action performed (e.g. create/delete/update), encoded as a text string. An admin reads it as a short status label describing the specific condition (state, type, or action) the router logged for this event, useful when scripting alert filters keyed on that label.
