This trap varbind is populated when Teldat's PIM subsystem raises event PIM.17 (the router sending a PIM HELLO to the All-PIM-Routers group on an interface); it carries the HELLO holdtime, in seconds, advertised by the neighbor, encoded as a signed integer. An admin reads the numeric value directly to see the timer, priority, length, or code involved, without needing to decode it from a packet capture.
