What is telProdNpMonInterfXotStateTCPStandbyConnection?

A read-only gauge reporting the number of underlying TCP connections for XOT that are currently held open in standby, not actively carrying an X.25 call. This lets an admin see how many TCP connections are being kept alive for potential reuse rather than actively in use, useful for understanding connection pooling behavior and resource usage of the XOT service. A high standby count alongside low active-call counts might prompt an admin to check whether the device is holding open more idle TCP connections than necessary.
