Description: An entry in the table of MAC address Access Control Range. A row in this table is created by first setting the value of lowMacAddr to the lowest MAC address and then the value of highMacAddr to the highest MAC address of a group of Mobile Units allowed to associate with this Access Point. This sequence of setting is very important, otherwise a wrong result will occur. A row in this table is deleted by setting the value of either lowMacAddr or highMacAddr to '000000000000'.
