Changing this object for this row causes all rows with the same 'rcL3IpSubnetIfIndex' as this row to be changed to this new 'rcL3IpSubnetVidIface' value.

The VLAN ID (or, on an L3-only switch, the switch interface number) this subnet is bound to; changing it re-binds every other subnet row sharing the same interface index to the new VLAN as well.
