Description: This object indicates the status of this entry. other(1) - this entry is currently in use but the conditions under which it will remain so are different from each of the following values. invalid(2) - writing this value to the object, and then the corresponding entry will be removed from the table. valid(3) - this entry is reside in the table.

What is dot1qVlanStaticRowState?

This value reports the lifecycle state of a static VLAN table entry: other(1) means the entry is active for reasons outside the normal valid/invalid model, invalid(2) is written by a manager to trigger removal of that row from the table, and valid(3) simply means the entry is currently present and in use. Administrators use this mechanism to add or delete static VLAN configuration entries by setting this object rather than using a separate delete command. For example, setting this object to invalid(2) on a VLAN 100 entry would cause the switch to remove that static VLAN configuration row.
