Description: The time that has elapsed from the beginning of the statistical measurement period.

This is normally time from just after the last reboot time when the statistics module begins it's calculations.

If, for some reason, such as an adjustment in the system's time-of-day clock, the current interval exceeds the maximum value, the agent will return the maximum value.
