Description: Enable or disable operation of poison reverse on the specified interface. If poison is disabled, split-horizon operation is enabled.
What is stnRipCircExtPoison?
This read-write switch enables or disables poison reverse on this interface: enabled(1) or disabled(2); disabling poison reverse causes split-horizon to be used instead. Admins choose between these two loop-prevention strategies based on the topology of the RIP network on this segment.
