Description: The lifetime of an ARP entry within the router.

What is stnArpExtTtl?

This read-write value sets the lifetime, in some time unit, of an ARP cache entry within the router. Admins tune this to balance faster stale-entry cleanup on a rapidly changing LAN against reduced ARP chatter on a stable one.
