What is swStaticFdbMgmtPortNum?
swStaticFdbMgmtPortNum specifies the switch port that this static forwarding database entry pins the MAC address to, with special values 0 for the CPU port and -1 meaning all ports in the entry's VLAN. Admins use it to bind a MAC address to a specific physical port for forwarding, or to apply a MAC filter switch-wide within a VLAN when set to -1.
