What is ssg5000ETHPortAlarms?
This is a bitmask of alarms specific to an Ethernet port, with bits for ETH_LINK_DOWN and ETH_LINK_UP events. An admin uses this to see, per port, whether the most recent alarm was a link-down or link-up transition.
