What is portStatsNoise?
A Counter32 giving the dB noise level measured on the same indexed carrier wave (band/group/carrier) as its sibling portStatsSignal. Comparing the two lets an operator spot carriers with poor signal-to-noise ratio that may need to be notched out or have their modulation reduced.
