What is plcModulationInputProceed?
A read-write TruthValue that, when set true, tells the equipment to actually apply the modulation changes staged in plcModulationInputAddr/Channel/Band and the 16 plcInputModulationGroup values. An installer sets it after populating the other input fields to commit the change.
