What is plcModulationInputAddr?
A read-write MacAddress selecting the remote PLC equipment (by its MAC address) for which an admin is about to request a modulation change, the first field in the plcChannelModulationInput write-input group used together with plcModulationInputChannel/Band and the plcInputModulationGroup1-16 values.
