What is sonusMgcpSessionStatusTxRSIPCmd?
This counts Restart In Progress (RSIP) messages the gateway has transmitted, which it sends to tell the call agent that an endpoint or the whole gateway is restarting or being taken out of service. Seeing this counter jump is a normal part of a graceful gateway reboot or maintenance action, and an unexpected jump outside of planned maintenance is worth investigating.
